Rachel Tombari, MA, LPC
Rachel Tombari, LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor, NJ 37PC00732200) has been working within family systems, specializing in parents and on parenting skills training, for almost 4 years. Beginning her career in child welfare, and moving to individual, couples, and family therapy, Rachel works with parents from diverse backgrounds to help them improve mental health, establish effective coping skills, and repair family dynamics.
Through this work, Rachel has developed a passion for identifying and normalizing the many different emotions that come with being a parent, particularly a new parent. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, panic disorder, PTSD, and mood disorders.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University and a Master of Arts from the University of San Francisco—a program that specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Rachel has completed certificate training in perinatal and maternal mental health from Postpartum Support International, as well as additional training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), attachment, and trauma.

Jennifer Burleson, MSW, LCSW
Founder & Director
Jennifer Burleson, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, NJ 44SC05697100; NY 078868-01) has been providing mental health services in the greater New York/Northern New Jersey area since 2007. She founded South Orange Blossoms in 2016.
She specializes in treating mood and anxiety issues in pregnancy and postpartum and has received a certificate from Postpartum Support International in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) Components of Care. In addition, Jennifer has completed Advanced Psychotherapy training in this speciality. Jennifer served on the Board of the New Jersey Chapter of Postpartum Support International as the Co-President from 2018 - 2020 and remains an active member of the organization.
She is also a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator from the Positive Discipline Association and supports clients through a wide variety of early childhood parenting transitions that affect the overall well-being of the family.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Social Work from New York University's Silver School of Social Work.
